The role

This position bridges creative and technical expertise. You'll craft photorealistic visuals using AI generation tools while simultaneously developing the systems that enable scalable, personalized content creation.

What you'll do

  • Generate photorealistic imagery using platforms like Flux, DALL-E, and Runway for marketing materials
  • Apply photography principles to craft effective AI prompts
  • Build automation systems for personalized visual content delivery
  • Maintain brand consistency through prompt libraries and style guidelines
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Design, and Product teams
  • Explore AI video generation capabilities

What you'll need

  • 3+ years coding experience (Python, JavaScript, REST APIs)
  • 2+ years with generative AI image tools
  • 2+ years hands-on photography background
  • 2+ years with dynamic content systems (Contentful, Braze)
  • Portfolio demonstrating AI visuals, traditional photography, coded projects, and campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Photography, Computer Science, Marketing, or equivalent

Nice to have

  • Marketing campaign experience
  • Figma proficiency
  • API workflow automation
  • Exposure to military, healthcare, or education communities
  • A/B testing knowledge
  • Video generation tool familiarity

Compensation & benefits

  • $125,000 - $164,475 annually
